These hot air balloon images were captured during the 2019 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta (AIBF). As you can see, the sky is filled with beautiful colors of all different shapes and sizes of balloons.
AIBF is the largest hot air balloon event in the world, and it is an exhausting 9 day balloon event that is also host to the America’s Challenge Gas Balloon race. Balloon Fiesta is held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
This year, AIBF participants were limited to 580 balloons from 17 countries. This was my 4th year as Official Photographer for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
AIBF is a wonderful reunion of pilots, family, friends, and volunteers.
